The body gives us the present moment experience of soothing comfort and a stronger sense of self. Without the partnership between mind and body, we can be plagued with feelings like depression or anxiety.

Using mindfulness grounded in neuroscience, I offer concrete tools and strategies to help you experience this integrated state. I work with you to build your confidence to independently navigate daily challenges and to explore deeper emotional terrain. We also nurture your awareness of the joy that already exists in your life!
