SUPPORTING COURAGEOUS INDIVIDUALS ON THEIR JOURNEY

When illness or death touch our lives, it is very common to feel overwhelmed. Our instinct is to turn away in avoidance and fear. My work supports people who want to take steps toward empowerment and to intentionally choose courage and compassion. We would work together to create a safe space to explore the impermanent nature of life. This approach might include the following:

  • Working with individuals living with chronic illness
  • Supporting caregivers in their challenging but rewarding work
  • Processing grief with survivors
  • Navigating the transition for families and couples
  • Helping loved ones build connection
  • Aiding individuals dealing with death anxiety
  • Assisting individuals coming to terms with the natural aging process

In our work together, my role could vary from asking clarifying questions, to offering healing possibilities, to simply being present with you. Each moment holds infinite possibilities, and it would be an honor for me to accompany you on your journey. As author Henry James said, “The right time is any time that one is still so lucky as to have.”

Our Time Together

Supporting you on your momentous journey.
